Built Inside the Hispanic
Real Estate Market
Latino Home Leads was created by professionals who work daily on both the lending and Realtor sides of real transactions. Our approach is shaped by real conversations, real expectations, and real experience inside the Hispanic homebuying market.
Why Latino Home Leads Exists
Latino Home Leads exists to address how buyer inquiries are handled at the earliest stage of the real estate process. In the Hispanic homebuying market, readiness cannot be assumed from a form submission or automated data alone.
Our role is to bring structure and a clearer context to the moment when buyers and agents first connect, so conversations begin with realistic expectations and a more productive starting point.
Two Perspectives. One System
Latino Home Leads was built from inside the Hispanic real estate market, shaped by experience on both sides of the transaction. That dual perspective informs how buyer inquiries are prepared, structured, and introduced within the LHL system.
The Lending Perspective
The lending side brings an understanding of what it actually takes for a buyer to move forward beyond interest alone. Documentation requirements, income types, credit starting points, and realistic timelines all shape how readiness develops in the Hispanic homebuying market.
This perspective ensures buyer inquiries are approached with practical awareness rather than assumptions, so early conversations begin with clearer expectations.
The Agent Perspective
The agent side brings the reality of follow-up, speed, structure, and accountability. Agents need context early, consistency in how inquiries are handled, and a system that supports real conversations instead of creating noise.
This perspective shapes how leads are prepared, how handoffs are structured, and how the system supports an agent-led experience without chaos or guesswork.
Why This Matters
Because Latino Home Leads is informed by both perspectives, the system is designed to support how real transactions unfold, not how software predicts they should. The result is a more structured starting point for buyers and agents to engage with clarity.
The People Behind the System
The LHL system is led and maintained by professionals actively working in lending and real estate.
Miguel Hawkins
Miguel Hawkins is a co-founder of Latino Home Leads and an active mortgage professional with more than two decades of experience serving the Hispanic homebuyer market. His understanding of lending is shaped by lived experience as an immigrant and bilingual professional who has worked directly with Hispanic families navigating the homebuying process.
Since beginning his mortgage career in 2001, Miguel has worked extensively with first-time buyers, non-traditional income situations, documentation challenges, and borrowers who face hesitation due to language or cultural barriers. His approach emphasizes clarity, education, and realistic expectations rather than pressure or assumptions.
Miguel remains an active producing loan officer in Georgia and works closely with agents on a weekly basis. His ongoing involvement in real transactions ensures that the Latino Home Leads system is informed by current lending realities and grounded in how deals actually move forward.
Jonathan Figueroa
Jonathan Figueroa is a co-founder of Latino Home Leads and brings the agent perspective to the system’s structure and operations. His background as a real estate agent and team leader informs how buyer inquiries are handled, prepared, and introduced to agents.
Jonathan’s experience centers on follow-up discipline, accountability, and consistency. He understands the challenges agents face when early conversations begin without context, and his work with LHL focuses on creating a more structured starting point that supports productive engagement.
In addition to his role at Latino Home Leads, Jonathan leads ERA Latino in Georgia and remains actively involved in the Latino community. His work is grounded in trust, professionalism, and service, values that continue to shape how the LHL system operates day to day.
